Supermercado la Palma

I went there an ordered some food they said it would be done about a half hour. I go back a half hour later and the food is still was not ready mind you I order only four popussas. I was like ok so I went back to my car to wait 15 minutes later I sent my husband and they told him we’re closed and my husband was like ok we’ll then where is my food I ordered she was super rude and was not trying to give us the food we eventually did get it but store is rude and rasist

Would give negative stars if I could but... Anyways. Food is good , that's why I'm kind of sad I didn't get all of it. My fault, I should have checked before I left the restaurant, but had 1 kid in each hand and i ordered for pick up . Called back said I ordered 5 pupusas and only got 4 , and they played hot potatoes w the phone saying sorry no English. Did my best to spanglish my way to explain . She said sorry no delivery. I asked ok. Can I get my money back for the 1 that I didn't get and said sorry and hung up .... So .... yeah .

There are rude and some lady give me a bad stare. They forget what we’ve also ordered sometime. It took around 20 mins for my food to come while they gave my family all there food. This isn’t the first time this happened And I found a bug on the wall it’s disgusting. Bad service

The cashier, Kency M, was very rude. I ordered 2 steak tacos, to go, & they weren't in my bag that she packed up for me. I tried calling the restaurant, no answer. I don't even want the food anymore, I'm afraid they might spit in it. Keep the $4!

The Torta Cubana is one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. No joke, this thing rocked my world. The nachos are also amazing, and there Pupusa Combo is INCREDIBLE! We've ordered from here three times now and every single time the food is amazing. This is now a regular visit for us now.

The food is good and everything I been a customer for years now,but today, I went to pick up some pupusas, the ladies the work there gave me a very dirty attitude, I am probably not coming back for food again with this attitudes.last time I order pupusas con loroco they didn't have no loroco either.

Ordered food and half my order was wrong, they put cheese on food that I requested no cheese due to being allergic so I cant eat it, I was never given the receipt and when I called for a solution they said they cant do anything about it with no receipt even though they never gave me one. Claim they have no record of my receipt even though I signed the merchant copy and gave it back to them. Terrible customer service

The best most authentic Mexican food on the East Side of Saint Paul!!! The portions and prices cannot be beat!!! THEY GOT THE FIRE FOOD

Amazing food every time I order, has never failed to amaze me. Used to eat here a lot during high school, and I still order from here often. The food is just so amazing!
