Exceptional coffee shop that is so much more! Stopped by for a pickup order and was pleased by how quick and friendly the service was. Highly recommend the latte, red berry tea, and grilled cheese sandwich. All were very tasty. The sandwich was hearty and really hit the spot. Thanks Groundswell!

Amazing selection for foods and drink. Friendly staff with a very chill atmosphere. Simple system for pick up orders that makes it fast and easy.

I liked all the vegetarian and vegan options available. It's hard to find that around Saint Paul, especially for breakfast. I got the omelette and pumpkin pancakes, both were great. My friend got the breakfast sandwich, which he also enjoyed.

It's a very nice atmosphere, quiet on a Monday morning. They have just enough breakfast options to satisfy any palette, and the staff were warm and friendly. I was able to enjoy an omelette and escape into my thoughts during my time here.

Very cool design of space and cool gift items from local artists on display! I was here for breakfast and wish there were more savory vegan items. The banana bread French toast was good but basically a dessert!
