Boston Pizza

In town for my son's hockey tournament and craving some comfort food for the family. BP has never let me down in the past and held true on this occasion as well. We didn't have anything special, just the usual salads, pasta dishes and kid's meal. Everything came out on time and prepared as expected. The staff were really great as well!

Horrible! First of all the young man that was our waiter was awesome but made a mistake on my order and brought the wrong meal. He then apologized and said everything was alright and brought me the right meal. Then while I was eating he came up to me and told me that the manager was going to charge the wrong meal to our bill. He looked very pressured. As I was eating the manager made me pay when me and my family were still eating. Not once did she come up to us to talk to us and explain instead she hid in the back unprofessionally and I ended up paying an extra $20 for nothing. Now I’m afraid to go back there because my fiancé is probably going to snap next time he sees her. What a terrible experience especially on New Year’s Eve and my birthday. I definitely recommend finding new management.

Boston Pizza doesn't change much between locations, and always a good place to grab a quick meal on a road trip. This location is clean, the staff is extremely nice. There is plenty of parking. I would stop here again to grab a snack after a long road trip.

Not only was there no one to seat us, but the waitress was nowhere to be seen for a good 15 minutes. Normally I would walk out, but I stayed because the food is usually good. Again a mistake. The food was disgusting. My water was strangely salty with no lemon, and the chicken was drier than cotton balls. I will never go to the Gasoline Alley Boston Pizza again.

Great food. Bathrooms needed to be a bit cleaner and stocked ...nothing worse then no toilet paper
