Earls Kitchen + Bar

The food and atmosphere are pretty good. But last time I went the service was pretty bad. After we got our food the waitress didn't come back till around half an hour after we finished eating. But I have had better service in the past so maybe it was just an off day for them.

The worst Earls I’ve ever been to. It’s gone so down hill over the years and nothing but a disappointment 3 times in a row. I will NEVER go back. Lousy service, food is terrible and overall a bad, bad place to go, you’ll waste your money. It’s unfortunate as the owners are great people but their establishment has gone completely down hill. I do not recommend Earls Red Deer, your hard earned money is better spend almost anywhere else.

New waitress who is working at Earls and doing her nursing schooling was top notch! She took care of a big table and made sure everyone was served promptly. On top of all this she was engaging and conversed easily. My wife and I love going to Earls because of the quality food and top notch service. Now if I could just remember our servers name that would make this post even better...😀

They have a dedicated gluten free deep fryer and their yam fries are delicious. They are pretty good at dealing with various food allergies. (I'm on a very restricted elimination diet while nursing my son as well as having food allergies of my own and they accommodated it - don't expect anything fancy, but it's decent food beyond just a plain salad.) Expect a wait, especially for dinner on the weekends.

Krista has been a great server. When I ordered blackened steak, another staff brought it from the kitchen and upon setting it down on my table, Krista who is nearby noticed the gravy I ordered is missing. She promptly acknowledged the problem and brought me the gravy in a jiffy. Very vigilant, keep it up!
