Morgan was fantastic! !!! He really made my night treating my little girl like a princess 💎 she was really hungry and he was so nice to bring her pizza right away.. Thank you very much Morgan next time I will look for you.

Usually Boston Pizza is pretty good. The last time I ordered though, the delivery guy.... who looked to be barely out of high school, commented on how I was wearing the same shirt he thought he'd seen before. Regardless if it was or not his witty snappy joke was out of line. I didn't realize a pizza delivery boy was in the business of critiquing anyone

It's been a while since I was last here so I am basing this review on whether they have improved. They were fairly decent back then (a few years ago). The restaurant has not changed much nor has the lounge. The lounge offers a comfortable setting with a decent selection of beverages and of course various screens for entertainment spread throughout. It's relatively quiet too. The restaurant side has remained the same and has always had an interesting layout. It's tall booths offer some privacy while enjoying your meal and there is a gathering room off the main restaurant that has doors which separate it from the main dining area. Ideal for private functions. The food has changed over time and for the better. Although not drastically improved it is far better than the lull in quality that plagued many a BP for the last little bit. Service has always been relatively good and this remains unchanged. I have received the odd blip here or there whether it's long intervals between visits by the server or one time I received a wrong order. Otherwise they have been very consistent. An improvement if a marginal one is still an improvement.

I was in lounge February 18. It was the first time in yrs. I was in lounge . The server was complaining about a senior . The senior was being a B... . According to the server. I have worked in the lounge as server or bartender ( what ever the name is now). But Never have I complained about a person to a stranger. Then later the supervisor , spills my drink. He picks up the glass off floor . Then walks away , not offering to replace my cocktail (not cheap). So not happy with their service and will avoid it for now on
