Went here in a panic looking for a cat carrier for a kitten we were on our way to pick up.  Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.  Also he knew we were in a hurry and got down to business so we could get out fast.  Also the shop cats are always a nice touch.  Friendly little guys they were.
