Dog wash. Extremely frustrating!! I shop here all the time and I’ve gone in 3 times to use the dog wash service and haven’t been able to. First of all it’s closed at 530 , then it’s appointment only on weekends and now I rush here after work and get told it’s shut down for the holidays till January. Are you kidding me? You know how many people want to use that service right now during this season ? Not to mention the signage is on the door promoting this service. What a joke. Management should be ashamed. I will no longer be shopping here. What a joke. Like do you not want to make money ? Completely ridiculous.
I have been purchasing from this store for years! I find most staff helpful & knowledgeable. I was in there one afternoon recently, it was fairly busy, they had from what I saw 4 staff members working, all participating, helping out, attentive to customers.
Excellent place to take your loving pet who really needs a bath. Relatively cheap $12.60 with taxes in. Don't forget your brushes you might need them.
Wonderful store! Huge selection with staff that is well versed in pet varieties and dietary types. We were given loads of valuable info from the staff there, and some free samples to try out before our purchase. The addition of a full fledged dog Wash station with warm water is an especially nice feature for all owners. The convenient location, great prices, and the two adorable kitties that were wonderful models by the way only cement Bosleys as a great option for those looking for pet supplies in Langley. Fantastic!

This Bosley’s location is awesome! Compared to other pet stores in the area, the employees care about and you ask you questions related to what you’re looking for. David was the employee who helped us out and he gave us some really good recommendations on toys and treats for dogs. I definitely recommend this location and I will be coming back!!
This is the best pet store around. Thanks today to Debbie. I understand she is new and I look forward to seeing her again. She is knowledgeable, personable and she's a cat owner. Bonus! Once again and as usual, a great experience. Thanks to all.
Great prices and service. They always offer to carry the dog food the my car.
Bought a pet carrier that had a 30% off sign on it. They refused to honor the price because they said the sale was old. If sale was over they should have taken down the sign. Common retail practice is to honor a sale when it's advertised. Terrible customer service. Overpriced. Not recommended.
