Nice staff, always helpful, they have everything you need, some prices are a bit high, a lot of the items can be found online for half the price. But the main stuff is spot on

Amazing customer service. We had issues with our cat having crystals and the girl we spoke to was very knowlegable, friendly and helpful - and best of all not pushy! Thanks for the service

Staff are always friendly, very clean, well stocked. I have a ferret and they have everything he needed.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. They sincerely love the animals that come and visit and will ask if they can give them treats. The prices are comparable to any other retailer. I will keep coming back.
