Bobby's Place Pub

The service was absolutely outstanding. I cannot recommend this place high enough for the service that we received. The fish was absolutely outstanding. Super tender and very fresh and perfectly cooked. The fries were OK, we thought they were a little dense but perhaps that is the style of fry and just not my personal preference. I absolutely loved the dill pickles. They were just so perfectly cooked. What a great meal and can’t wait to come back. Restaurant was super clean and well laid out - we wish you nothing but all the success in the world!!

Went for lunch here today as we have heard it’s a good place to eat and we were not disappointed. My wife had the Cobb Salad and she loved it. Fresh and flavourful with Blue Cheese dressing on the side. I had the award winning full order of fish and chips and it’s the best I’ve had since visiting Nova Scotia. Fries were crispy and cooked perfectly. The cod was excellent as was cooked to perfection with a nice light batter that wasn’t greasy at all. Both dishes had huge portions so go hungry as you get what you pay for here. Service was great as well and we both highly recommend going here.

Freaking love this pub! I went there for the first time today to meet a friend and we had a amazing time there. The music wasn't too loud the service was amazing, our waitress was kind and very quick with our orders and drinks. The food was really good far better than regular pub food. 10/10 I will definitely be going back

We stopped by yesterday to grab a bite in the evening. I must say a really good service with good attention to detail. I ordered chicken curry, the portion size is great for the price but it was a little spicy and tasted like the curry was used from the can. Chef can try and balance the flavors a little bit more. All could taste was the overpowering flavor of Turmeric. Also if this dish is going to remain spicy I would suggest a bowl of raitayogurt as a cooling substance. Overall I will not order this dish again.

I'm a regular. The staff is always friendly. I like all of the food. Favorites are the Fun Guy Burger, nachos, and the sausage rolls. Always good beer on tap with a lot of variety. Great place to watch sports. Wings are fantastic too.

Delicious, hot food served fresh and quite quickly. Fish and chips were tasty, the cod was large and filling - the burger was excellent and had real good bacon on it, fries also really tasty. Enjoyed our time here and plan to return again.

Places like this are exactly why I love little cozy neighbourhood pubs. Good food, good prices and good service. I always appreciate it when owners/management walks around checking if you’re happy. Would highly recommend the mini yorkies. They were so tasty. And they have the best PB whiskey. We’ll be back!

Bobby's has the best fish and chips in Calgary hands down!! We have not been disappointed with anything we've ordered. The owners and staff are super friendly and great. We love eating here!

Great selection of beer. The beer was cold and the chicken wings were delicious. Lost one star because it took over 45 minutes to get wings on a wing night. Will definitely try again, might have been an off night .

We visited Bobby’s for brunch and we were impressed. The drink menu has lots of options and the customer service was fantastic. The food was amazing and we love that you can order some items as half size versus full size. We will be returning.
