The atmosphere is welcoming, inviting, and has a sophisticated sense with decor to match. The beer, wine, and cocktail selection is varied and tempting. The gyozas are delectable and memorable we ordered 2 sides of gyozas. The service is attentive and well-timed. Only minor issue, we would have appreciated a side plate with utensils rather than chopsticks. When we return, we will enjoy the well-stationed patio.

I was rather unsatisfied with my food. Best part of the fried chicken was the potatoes and they were not amazing by any means. Some sympathy should be taken since I got takeout and I'm sure it would be better if I ate in, but can't imagine it making up for the quality of the food I ate. The coleslaw looked like they just poured some mayo on the vegetables just before serving. The chicken was tough. The others in my party got the Hunan Kung Pao and the Pizza and weren't terribly enthusiastic about their meals. This would all be a little bit more sufferable if the price for the dishes wasn't at a premium. Inside looked great though and had a great atmosphere. I would recommend going in for drinks and maybe some appetizers, but not the whole dinner experience.

I love this place, their promos are awesome and they cannot be compared to any other Bar. The service and the attention have been amazing 90% of the times I’ve been there. Only a couple times I had the feeling servers are kinda rude once my boyfriend got a bug in his drink and the server took it back mad without even looking at it, I assume she though he was lying but he wasn’t. Other than that they are always so nice and so welcoming. I recommend this place every time I get the chance to

Love this place. The wings are incredible and they don't cheap out on the sauce. I usually sit at the bar. It's fast and friendly. They serve non alcoholic beer!!! I really need to try other menu items.Food: 5/5

Service was excellent, our server was really friendly. The food was not good. I had the blackened salmon. It left a lot to be desired. Nothing about the salmon was "blackened." It was meant to have a mango chipotle butter. I could not taste the mango or chipotle, it tasted like straight up butter. Overall, very bland and not worth $26. The enchiladas came out cold and had to be reheated. The person I was with said they were not very good. Wouldn't recommend having food here.

Great venue with an elegant crowd and friendly cheerful staff. Definitely miss the mango/blood orange salad dressing that made a great side with previous menu. Food still good, but bring back that killer salad dressing!

The Blackbird is a "Hang out bar" my buddies and I stumbled on while waiting for our movie on a Tuesday night. There was a Taco Tuesday Special for $2.50 / Taco. It was Gooooood. The decent sized Beer selection washed all the Tacos down nicely. I assumed all the food would be good given the food we ordered and by what we could see by our neighboring booths. The Bar looked very new and was very clean. It featured many Large Screen TVs to satisfy any Sporting Events showcased. There are nicely sized Booths for private groups, bar seating, and tons of tables and chairs. The service was excellent and very attentive. The kitchen was a bit slow at getting the food out though... so I would budget extra time if you are going to grab a bite there.

I did not like the service. It was impossible to evaluate it more accurately because one waiter was busy with orders that already existed, and another waiter was informally chatting with customers for 7 minutes. I want the customer focus to improve. Or if the waiter's priority is to communicate informally with customers rather than start serving new customers, then I have a suggestion to hire more staff or reduce the number of tables.

Stopped in for lunch with a pal, was not disappointed. Great menu selection, good mixture of different cuisines. I had the southern fried chicken with jalapeño honey, very tasty. Service is great, server was very attentive and professional. Great atmosphere, really cool restaurant, great setup.

The server was the best part. She was absolutely a delight and helpful in every way. On the other-hand the food not so much. Pizzas were on special so both of us ordered us different ones. The first ones came out and were extremely undercooked. They were very doughy. They brought them back to the kitchen and instead of making new pizzas just popped the same ones back in the oven and brought them back out. The one was still undercooked and stuck to the paper. It was completely inedible. The server handled the situation very well but not once did a manger or supervisor come talk to us. We didn’t order another replacement pizza and the server took it off the bill. An under satisfied experience with the pizza.
