High quality bubble tea- not too sweet even with no sugar! Loved the strawberry green tea. Wonderful and caring staff

It was my first time at the bubble tea restaurant and I loved it; what a great little cafe. The staff and owner are friendly and provided excellent service; I appreciated the full ability customize my drinks. The Peach Oolong Cheese Foam and Passion Fruit Green Tea drinks I ordered were simply delicious.

Love this place! Definitely the best bubble tea shop in Yaletown. Great menu selection and the pearls are perfect everytime. I prefer Cha Yuan over some of the big chains - support local! Check this place out if you are around Yaletown

Welcoming barista and decent drinks. The caffeine free taro latte and the strong Hojicha latte are both very good!

I love Cha Yuan, I always go to get my favourite drink from here whenever I am close to Yaletown. Four season oolong latte w/pearls is what I usually get but there are so many other great options too. I would definitively recommend checking it out if you are in Vancouver. :

One of the best BBT spots I've been to. Excellent tea drinks and clean space. Highly recommend if you're craving for BBT in downtown.

Good drinks! Good service! Nice location with Emery park right beside. They offer a good selection of tea and milk teas and specialty drinks...this may be my go-to tea shop from now.

Tried this bubble tea place in Yaletown the other day and it was amazing! Pearls were so fresh and the tea tasted so good. Will be coming back again.
