Shiny Tea

I had the Mango green tea with boba and aloe. The tea itself tasted great. The boba was either undercooked or sat for too long and wasn't as fresh.

Took more than 15 mins to make our order when there was nobody ahead of us. She was not in a hurry at all. I wish this were hyperbole but this was truly the slowest service I've ever experienced.

Always a solid choice when I'm in the neighbourhood. Love their ice cream, though sadly it was broken the day I came.

Unfortunately tonight, I waited a couple minutes before she got off her phone to come serve me. I said hello twice and I asked if they had a roasted milk tea, and rolled her eyes and said no, my other drink taro and tasted like water, my tapioca was not soft.

Good bubble tea. Not so good customer service. Maybe the cashier wasn’t having a good day but she could barely put up two words together.

Barista on the phone, DOES NOT want to work , very annoyed with customers, we only ordered 2 drinks and there is no one else ordering or eating for orders

Large selection of boba bubble tea made the way you like it.

They know about what they sells. Made good recommendation. The passion fruit green tea was great.
