Atelier by Chatime

Tried the classic brown sugar pearl tea but their version has a salty crème brûlée form at the top. I generally enjoy salt on my chocolate and like dark chocolate but their form doesn’t work out & I feel its trying to elevate something that doesn’t need it. In fairness the staff friendly offered to take it out but I wanted to give it a try. The milk tea itself was good and it had a lot bubbles with a good not too chewy or hard texture. We ordered half sweet so that really takes away the brown sugar flavour. I have not had that issue at other bubble tea stores however Overall good staff. Basic selection of teas. Too pricy for what it offers

I frequently drop in on my way back from the library. Thai milk tea and brown sugar creme brûlée are my favorites. Refreshing, but pretty much just that. They offer sugar adjustments.

Satisfying bubble tea shop with lots to choose from. I'm not a fan of the name, but I'm a big fan of any Chatime spin off. I had the strawberry green tea with coconut jelly and it was great.

It's so nice ordering drinks here. The worker here is so friendly, great customer services. They have one of the best Brown Sugar Oat Cream Brulé I have ever ordered in Vancouver.

This BBT joint has totally salvaged my tarnished past experiences with Chatime, it's dope!! The staff are super friendly, helpful, made us samplers to guide our choice, extremely knowledgeable about the menu/suggestions; and clearly very talented at making super awesome tasty drinks! I got the Honey Golden Onyx Signature Tea after an awesome recommendation from the staff and a sampler that got me instantly hooked, I think this will be my go-to and solid value for money signature Tea option. It was also craxy yummy and nothing like iv ever had before from a bubble tea, in the fact the drink was cold, but then at the bottom was Luke warm boba Pearls which made a really satisfying combo. My partner got a Lychee Jade Green Tea with Golden Honey Boba, which I wasn't too keen as it was a bit sweet for me, but iv never been a huge fan of fruit-based Teas. As well as using non-dairy milk powder and offering oat-based milk alternatives, I also love how they have even adopted to using fully compostable BBT straws here, cups are also recyclable! A big reason I will continue to be a customer here as they are taking a great initiative towards saving our beautiful planet. They also do accept your Chatime Societa rewards via their app here so get saving those points! The joint itself is pretty small, I hope they continue to branch out and build some other Atealier chains which are a bit bigger and offer outdoor seating.

I love this place!! 1000% recommend if you're looking to try something new! I'm a huge bubble tea fan and have tried a lot of different places around the city - this is definitely one of my favorites and I go back often! Huge selection, the staff is really great, friendly and fast, and you can't beat the quality. They also offer a hot bubble tea latte - which I have not encountered before. It'll be perfect for winter. My favorite milk teas are the royal blueberry with the honey pearls and the london fog, 80% sugar, with the honey pearls as well - absolutely delicious! Vegetarian options: They have oat milk for a substitute and the milk teas are lactose free

The staff Christina, brendon and Loi. Were especially friendly when making the drinks. They gave me the best experience and were very friendly. The drinks they recommended were great and I would definitely get it again! Would definitely recommend paying store a visit! Among the best of the bubble tea stores!

On the left, kyomatsu matcha latte with gold pearls, and on the right is blue sakura with gold pearls! The drinks were very tasty with great flavour~ my friend and i went with 80% sugar and less ice on both and they had a refreshing coolness and sweetness ^_^ The sakura drink tastes really floral and delicious! And I loved the matcha latte with the pearls so much~~ the pearls are perfectly chewy and sweet

Quite underwhelmed by our experience. The staff were very friendly and quick, their line management was good. Pricing is on the higher end, but to be expected in Vancouver. We ordered the Pineapple Coconut Glow Shimmer, Trio Cup and Passion fruit Mango Jade Green Tea. The shimmer did not really shimmer. The green tea had an odd taste to it. The trio was our favourite but it needs to be shaken and the top isn't fully sealed. It's also kinda annoying having to move the straw from cup to cup, so get 3 straws. We had also been under the impression we could choose which 3 flavours but you can't, it's a set 3. That would be a great option to implement! Overall nothing special about the drinks except the trio being a unique thing to try.

DEFINITELY recommend trying this place out. I wish I could have held multiple drinks so I could try everything, I will for sure be going back. The drink I got was the Purple Reign, and it was sparkly and delicious. Also the customer service is fabulous! I didn’t catch the name of the woman helping us out, but she was offering samples of one of the teas, and she helped us pick our drinks while we waited in line. She was so friendly and helpful!
