Their machine ate up my money and they never followed up with me to tell me when they were going to add the funds back to my account. I have to call every other day to hear: well we're still working on it. Well maybe you could have just called me to let me know why do I have to follow up when your device is acting up. Ridiculous service!

Horrible customer service. You can call and leave a message and they never get back to you. Horrible bank, no help whatsoever. Horrible management. I'm switching banks as soon as I can.

Very very long line up. No receptionist at 7 pm Thursday. 
This is not acceptable.
