I had wonderful experience with the bank this time specially with the bank employee Misha who was very helpful and patiently was helping me again and again to set my online banking password as it skipped from my mind . She even didn’t lose her patience and was in hurry during whole process from account opening to till my further inquiries.

Had a very bad experience at this branch. Had a prebooked appointment. Went there on time as I usually do. The bank employee was 25 minutes late to my appointment. Then he realized that he is not qualified/not the right person to take the type of appointment I have requested.nSuggested that he can find a colleague who can help me, but I have to wait again for that. Sorry, very bad first impression.

Bank was open and basically empty when I was there , I told them that I want to open an account with them ..nthey said they were soooo busy and gave me an appointment for the 17 ..nobviously I’m not coming back ,nThey asked me about my status, which seemed ridiculous to me, since they say that they do not accept anyone who is not Canadian! I see that racism is not over yet.

Had a virtual call with Sherine Fahmi today and she never called! And they are payed to do what?
