I know a lot of them. Love this bank. Never had issue with anyone. There are few staffs here who are incredible Christine is one of them. There are few other I forget their name everything but they are all awesome. Management greet everyone, didn't have to deal with them as I was always taken care at the best by all tellers.

I've been with RBC for 10+ years. I went to get some info on mortgages and loans. Dina laughed at my salary, told me "not to bother" and didn't even run through the calculations(which is a simulator, so nothing too challenging) so I could see my eligibility. Guess what, every other financial institution is more than glad to get my money. Very disappointed!

Rbc makes millions of every month and they can't hire more people at the cash ?!? WORST WAITING LINE EVER!!! everytime I go to RBC banks I wait 20-40 minutes !! :(((( CHEAP BANK AND VERY HIGH FEES !!!

Worst service ever. Everytime I went there I waited between 20-30minutes in the lane. Worst waiting time ever !!!!
