Tale of two experiences. Went to open a couple of accounts, which I clearly explained which ones I wanted. The person ended up opening two wrong types of accounts for me. When I found this out, went to the counter where the teller was fantastic. He straightened everything out for me and made sure I had what I wanted before I left.

Ça a pris 2 appels durant lesquels on m'a mis en attente pendant 25-30 minutes à deux reprises seulement pour commander de la monnaie étrangère. Ils étaient incapables de contacter leur département alors ils m'ont fait niaiser au téléphone pendant 45 minutes. Ce sera plus rapide d'échanger de l'argent à l'aéroport.
