My experience with Victor was the worst experience of my life purchasing a vehicle. Once I picked up the vehicle, I went straight to a GM dealership to have the vehicle inspected again. Although Autotron said the vehicle was certificated saftied just days before my pick up, the secondary inspection I did found several points that should not have passed a safety inspection. The steering rack boot was ripped and leaking power steering fluid, front tie rod end boot was ripped and transmission cooler line was also leaking. I went back to Victor to explain to him that the safety he performed was not proper and I needed all the faults fixed ASAP as per agreement. Victor gave me a bunch of excuses and stories about how the vehicle was fine just days before. As a licensed mechanic myself, it's difficult to pull a fast one on me, I know when a safety was not really performed, and in my opinion, no licensed mechanic ever looked at my vehicle before I took possession. Too many errors for it just to be an honest mistake. Victor also said they did an oil change before handing the vehicle to me, which was also a lie because I changed the oil also and the oil that came out of the vehicle surely was not days old The safety repairs I asked to be done should have taken 1-2 days max, but instead, for some reason the repairs took 4 days to complete, which because this vehicle is my work vehicle, I lost 4 work days because of it. They didn't even repair everything required. I have had the vehicle for 2 months now and it's been a string of problems already since possession; rear hub bolts were stripped and loose, my rear wheel almost came off on the road at high speeds, ABS light is illuminated, SES light is also illuminated and 2 new front calipers are required. Although I have "limited warranty" on this vehicle through Autotron, I cannot trust Victor or Autotron to do anything properly or anything they promise, so I will be fixing my vehicle myself at another licensed mechanic shop. Overall, my experience with Victor was a very bad one, I found him to be dishonest and untruthful about many things, mainly the faulty safety provided. It is very surprising and disappointing that an auto dealer would risk my life and the lives of my employees by putting us in a vehicle that did not really pass safety inspection and put us in a vehicle that was potentially dangerous/hazardous to us and other people on the road. Worst experience of my life. I would not recommend.

It's a decent dealership. I got a used 2005 american Hino 145 with auto tranny. The reason I got it because it was a good size (14") and had a tailgate. Small rust here and there but the price was fairly reasonable. ($19K for 200,000 KM). They give a 6 month warranty so you know it'll run for at least 6 months. The issue's I had with mine would be the brakes, they died within 9 months of purchase, the battery's which died 15 months after purchase. Reasonable I suppose. The negotiation wasn't too tough to knock down a grand and a half. Overall, if I have to; I would definitely buy another truck here for my business. No question about it.
