Starbucks

This Starbucks, not the employees fault, has the worst drive through/park setup up. if you park it’s nearly impossible to back up and get out. I recommend drive through only. But aside from that, I ordered a drink and breakfast sandwich and upon leaving realized I got the wrong sandwich. Right when I turned around and walked in to exchange, the drive through said “we knew as soon as you pulled away, here you go!” That was a nice greeting and great customer service. Thanks Starbucks!!

Waited 25 minutes for a mobile order of two drinks.. thought it would be faster than the drive through… think again.

I wrote a poor review of the Solon Starbucks and felt compelled to write a fantastic review of this Starbucks just 3 miles away. Every single time I order coffee here it is made well, made fast, and I love to tip the baristas because they are friendly and helpful. It’s worth the drive.

They really prioritize the drive thru and don’t care about the customers in the store. I have seen a whole line in the drive thru be served, plus more, while I’m the only person inside and I have to wait 10-15 for my drink. If you’re going here, use the drive thru.

$3.95 for a medium size hot chocolate...... you will go broke. The hot chocolate was way too sweet. Don't plan on going back until we hit the lotto.Food: 1/5

The Aurora Starbucks has the best staff around. Drinks always made well. Parking and drive through is horrible .Food: 4/5

I’m pretty sure this Starbucks has Covid. Like, the building literally has Covid and it just decides to close early or not even open on random days. Oh and they have no inventory. Oh and it’s the worst Starbucks parking lot of any you will ever visit. The people are really nice though but that doesn’t help when they’re not there because it’s closed or when they don’t have your item in stock It would probably be best if this location just closed.

First off this 5 star review excludes the parking. I am under the assumption if you frequent this location you are well aware of the parking nightmare, should you choose to walk-in and find yourself stuck pulling out for 20-45minutes. Park at your own risk. Moving past the potential parking trap, the service is impressive, always friendly. Coffee is Starbucks, so its good and you already know what to expect, and the drive-through is generally very quick.

Always a bit on the busy side, and can have lonnnng wait times during peak hours between 8-10am. I'd recommend not parking in their lot and instead park across the street/down the block and walking if you want to dine inside - the drive-thru line usually wraps the building and there is never enough space to pull out of parking spots.

Great coffee! Nothing beats Starbucks anytime of the day!
