I already put a comment here months ago about latte and their bad quality cream cheese bagel but I dont know if they can delete reviews or no cus I cant see my complain here any more. Just to let you know their latte was like double double and no cream on top.maybe they they add a left over coffee on top of my latte maybe they didn't even bother themselves to make cream...who knows... F.U latte they gave me every time I ordered in this location during my family visiting in Aurora. And cream cheese bagel was super poor in cheese...had to return ot to them every time and see how their higher level try to teach her to dont be greedy about cheese sandwiches but even after her teaching she was giving me the same bagel and no difference to tell the truth. Shameful Timi location
Bad customer service. Wednesday 11:40pm I finish a shift. I go there to order a tea and a donut. I ask for 1 donut and the guys says we don’t have that, I ask for another one and say I don’t have that, I ask what do you have. He says other things. Whaat? First of all I’m in a drive though. How do I know what you have when you say you don’t have anything. Last time I go there. Too bad because I go there almost every other day.
I was served the coldest coffee in my life! I get my coffee often in the early morning through drive thru, and the lady that work Night Shift there has always an attitude. She really seems don’t care about customers at all. If you need your coffee late nights or early mornings, go somewhere else, don’t waste your money here.
Great food, great service, and the staff make custom coffees really well too. The only issue is that sometimes a lot of people gather in line at the drive-through, but due to the food quality I'd say it's worth it especially when compared to other Tim Hortons nearby.
This Tim Hortons establishment is awful, the management is rude to the employees and the customers. I go to the school across the street, and it seems the workers always have it out towards the students. They’re always rude to us specifically. There’s an older female worker, shoulder length blonde hair and glasses. It seems she’s always the one to be rude to anybody she can be. I feel bad for the staff and the customers. Furthermore, their stock is always low, their coffee is always cold. A bad experience altogether.
Asked for plain bagel toasted with extra butter, got an extra toasted dry burnt bagel with a taste of sour cream from not cleaning the cutter or spreader. There are food standards corporate expects storefronts to follow, this is the worst tims I've seen to follow the standards in the York region.
Every morning I get a coffee at 5 am at this timhortons. I am blessed with the presence of an evil woman, if you’ve ever watch Dalmatian’s this lady is a mirror image of cruella. Moral of the story their meat is made out of Dalmatian’s.
It's Under New Management the New Owner owns the one at Esso let's see if the service and food is better now
Just close it down. Expect your first, second and third choices to be a sorry about that. You'll have better luck in the tiny location built into the gas station across the street when it comes to your order being in stock.
Welll...ordered my coffee and a donut ...had to go inside to do so....waited 10 minutes easily. After i ordered..and still nothing...finally I haD enough...went to dome young guy...and had to be a little aggressive...8 after such I received my order...talk about unorganized
