Blackfalds Motor Inn & Sidetrax Pub

Went to the pub for supper. Kind of strange but they don't have food but you can order through them and get lokals which is fantastic. Their tap beer is cold and bartender was great.Service: 5/5

The lady at the bar/waitress wasn't helpful at all, very rude and couldn't even print me my receipt for the stay at the Hotel. She literally moved her whole arm to say to get out and head to my room like a child after she renewed my stay and handed me my card key mind you it's my 4months straight at this particular hotel . The only thing I mentioned which got her upset was that this was the second time my paper receipt couldn't be printed. I'm going to follow up with the manager since I'm being inconvenienced to come back again. It is unacceptable for anyone to be treated that way. Lack of training is the issue and customer service.

The renovations on the outside and inside make the atmosphere so much better. The staff, especially the bartender were very prompt. Never had to wait for drinks. Its always a good time when we visit there. Just remember, don't drink and drive. Call the local taxis.

Very nice staff!! The buffet was getting older so instead of charging us for food, they asked if we would help clean up by finishing the food! I was all too happy to say yes to free food! Nice little atmosphere and in their quiet time the staff has fun!

Having been a patron on and off for over a decade, I can tell you that my stay over New Years was better than expected. The renovations have brought the place up ten fold. Both inside the bar, and in the rooms. Service was friendly and helpful, especially as I was booking in advance from out of town. You simply cannot beat the room rates. The sushi restaurant was decent as well. I would recommend the BMI to anyone needing accommodations while passing through.

This sushi restaurant is nice and clean also affordable priced restaurant. The roll and sushi were real tasty and the owner was very kind and you can tell they are trying hard to make you happy. Great place to go try sushi and all other foods in the menu. I definitely recommend to anyone.

Had a soup from the bar, pork came pink, smelled like a back alley in a gross bangkok neighborhood. Tasted decent... But will never eat here again. Waitress was very sweet and friendly. The place is alright for drinks. Just don't eat here.

This place seemed fully renovated its rooms and other facilities recently which made our stay so comfortable. Reading all the previous reviews on google, I was doubtful about the reviews and the ratings but it looks like they got a new management team and trying hard to make it better. We felt more like staying in a hotel, not a motel that is right off the highway where you get a quick sleep to continue driving further on the next day. It is more than that. WiFi was working good, beds were comfy, clean and roomy washroom.. what else would you need! High recommended.
