Ordered online and the app shut down after payment. They requested I come in and bring proof of the transaction. I came in and showed the transaction but was still told there was nothing received on their end and there was nothing they could do. The front staff lady was acting as if I was there to try and hustle SANDWICHES.nnThe manager was eventually called and contacted the owner, who somehow found my order and said it was “refunded” due to Subway Corp issues.nnThey said my only option was to reorder again without my refund being issued to my account yet. I, for one, am not spending $60 on Subway due to their errors.nnI left still hoping my refund goes through.nnPS: The employee also had her son with her on her shift running around the back kitchen and dining area whilst making orders. Not sure if that follows protocol.
The employee toasted my sub without me asking and without telling me. I get home to realize the sandwich is destroy hard and barely what I would consider fresh after it had been destroyed by the toaster.nnThere is also ESL issues here and someone needs to put their front end staff through English lessons.
I sent my boyfriend in to get us some sandwiches for dinner. Just two 6 inch subs nothing crazy. They started making the first sub and when he asked to have the second one made the employees ignored his request completely and started making the orders for the people who had walked in behind him. So he left with one sandwich instead of two because apparently this establishment doesn’t acknowledge first come first serve. So dinner for me but not him. Pretty disappointed in the staff at this location.
Everyone in my house who ate here got sick with stomach cramps, bloating, diarrhea, and gas! I avoided going to this subway for a few months after an acquaintance said they got food poisoning from here but when my son asked I figured it was quick and easy so why not. Big mistake.
As someone who worked at this EXACT subway for 2 years, I can say I know how these sandwiches are supposed to be made, I know the procedure for every single part of the assembly , I trained countless staff.nnSo to come in to try and get a sub from the only subway I trust for good quality food and my sandwiches are made completely improperly, from the cut of bread for a 6” being truly 4”, to the staff not even knowing how to place the meat or cheese for a regular ham sub is incredibly disappointingnnI’ve always understood « trainees » , they might not know certain things when they’re first starting, but cmon, how do you mess up a sandwich with 4 ingredients on it is quite pathetic knowing the standard that not only the MANAGER and SUPERVISORS at least used to hold for their staffnnLove my subway crew, for the few that know who you are and I could mention by name, you all are the best, always will have love and respect in my heart for the few who take their jobs seriously!
