This place is amazing! My wife and I stayed here a few days in June 2017. I can't wait to go back. Worth every penny.
I was a little nervous about this place because of some of the negative reviews I had read. We decided to go for it anyways because we figured the views were worth the risk. It turns out they just re-opened this year under new ownership and with a new team. Don't let any of the dated reviews scare you off. The new team is incredibly nice and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
Breakfast was amazing. The food was made from scratch and portions were generous enough I didn't bother eating lunch most of the trip. Would you like another latte? My pleasure sir!
The pictures of the views give you an idea but seeing it in person is even better.

Spectacular views and great lounging areas both inside and out. I did not stay overnight, I was only there for a big wine industry party, but the hospitality was Flawless and the location and amenities are exceptional. If you can afford it surely one of the best and most beautiful places to stay in the Willamette Valley.

It was our first time staying at Black Walnut Inn, absolutely loved it! Stunning sunrise views. Breakfast was great, brunch was amazing with homemade biscuits and raspberry jam, we will definitely be back. Definitely our favorite place to stay in Oregon wine country, made us feel like we were back in Tuscany.
