I can understand application fees and a waiting list. But when I'm told that if a site does not open up and become available that I don't get the fees back , sorry but that's just not right. You could literally just collect fees and tell someone there are no sites.  It a good practice. Very disappointed.

Stayed there for awhile: staff is excellent, the park is clean, well kept, and easy to access. Pool, laundry, garbage, fuel. 
Price is higher than some but you get what you pay for, and this place is worth every penny.

Wonderful place to live. Incredibly friendly neighbors. The grounds are well kept and downtown Dayton is easily accessible through a cute bridge.
