Pioneer Park Mobile Estates

Being a mobile home park the area is set up quite nicely. There's small yards (front and back) for each home for pets, kids, or just to garden. The community is nice and kid friendly. There's is a park here for kids as well along with a basket ball hoop to keep kids of all ages entertained. There's plenty of nearby places for quick food and gas. And for larger towns, you don't have to go to far to reach one.

My husband and I checked out all the mobile home parks in the surrounding Yamhill County area before finally deciding to move our manufactured home here to Pioneer Park. Why? Because the owner/manager was so nice to us and still is. She is not "overbearing and hard to know", she is a wonderful person who cares about each and every person living here at Pioneer Park. Certain rules have to be made and enforced and followed by everyone or the park would be trashed. And it would be a traffic hazard for fire engines to come through the streets if everyone was allowed to park their cars on them.I personally wouldn,t want to live in a rundown, overcrowded park. This is a beautiful park with friendly people and the owner/manager is very nice. By sll means I would give this park an "excellent review.
