Black Bear Neighbourhood Pub

I had a great experience here tonight. My fiance and I went for dinner and it a really busy. The owner had us seated right away and our sever was great! Good food and an awesome atmosphere. I recommend the Black Bear to everyone.

I have been here more than 40 times. Now I live in TOR, but I always come here when I come to VAN. Best Nachos in the Vancouver.

Front end staff was outstanding. Aside from the dated carpet the atmosphere was clean. Food on the other hand... well how tasty is a soggy bottom bun on a Cali Chicken Burger in your books. If I wasn't so pressed for time; a complaint to the kitchen was mos def not out of line.

Best service we've had a restaurant in long time. Great brunch menu, and better than expected pub menu.

Got pulled pork sliders, spring rolls, clam chowder and my boyfriend had the monster burger. Everything was so good!! Every bite was so good. If I had a bigger belly I would have eaten more. Have to consider the prices weren't cheap.

Best service and most importantly the best wings in town! Great place to hang out with awesome atmosphere. Fully set up for current times, can't wait to have the full crew back in action when all goes back to normal. Also full menu available for take out. And no I do not work there, lol

Service great. Outdated carpet and atmosphere also great. But those where theee worst chicken wings I've ever had. Fried for an hour and covered in sugar? But that's not all! Where did you find that gravy to slather on the prime rib dinner? Tasted from a can straight outta Wuhan

Great food and service. Gluten free options. Cooks and staff are great. Covid aware distance seating inside and out. Local brews and wine, great liquor selection.
