Bikes On Robson

I was there for a bike rental. The buy was rude to us right away. We were trying to inquire about a bike and the person on the front acted like he is gonna come over the counter to hit me. I feel threatened to be there even for 5 minutes. Worst sense of customer service

As a bike rental place, they did not fit us properly to the frame for proper cycling. Safety-wise, the bikes did not come with lights or a bell, very dangerous and an oversight by the company. Overall, experience was fine but the operators need to not overlook the safety of their customers.

Best bike shop I've encountered. Outstanding customer service. They stand behind their work and get it done on time as promised.

Best prices downtown and very helpful staff. Bikes were basic and very sturdy.

Ive bought a bike from here a couple of years ago and recently went for a bike tune up. Gotta say these guys are super friendly and the service was awesome!

They claim the best rate. However be aware! They charge same rate for kids bike! The bikes are very old can’t change speed. The location is on a slope and we had to walk the bike for few blocks!
