I can't speak highly enough of this place. My girlfriend has bought a bike here and I have brought mine in for service twice. The mechanics and front end here go above and beyond for customer satisfaction and are supremely helpful. I would 100% recommend coming here for any of your biking needs

Wonderful service, at a fair price! Had my derailleur bent, they fixed it on the same day for a fair price. Much better than two other bike shops I had been to previously. Also got a tune-up of the bike. Service was friendly, professional, and my bike felt new. Really recommend this shop!

Tour guide was very knowledgeable on the history of the area as well as points of interest. Tour was informative and full of wonderful views!

Cycle City is my new go-to bike shop. They were able to provide brake service within 24 hours and did some other adjustments that noticeably improved my bike's performance. One issue with the front shifter had plagued me since I bought the bike elsewhere in 2017, but now, smooth and clean shifting. Thanks guys!

This is an absolute MUST if your are visiting Edmonton. The cost of rental is 100% worth it. My girlfriend & I explored so much of Vancouver within a 5 hour period!!
