This guy is a liar and does horrible work. I brought my swiss army watch for a battery change a month later the watch died out. I went to a reputable jewller and he told me the last guy to work on your watch butchered it.

I just walked in to ask if my 8 year old son's watch could be repaired. The owner, I presume, barked "it would be cheaper to buy a new strap",  when I said we had lost a piece, then on top of that rudely snapped "well go find it!". 
Incredible! Hope he goes out of business.
