I have bought countless pandora products and I have never been as disappointed as my last experience here. The sales associate was incredibly rude and was not understanding in any way. It shouldn’t be a huge issue to exchange a product that was given as a gift! All I wanted was a different size because it did not fit.

Firstly never met such a bunch of back stabbing each other sales people in front of the customer like this before...very unprofessional and almost embarrassing. Secondly, this place can be a fun and wonderful experience to shop if you meet the right sales associate who will spend time and show you every piece you want to see make great suggestions but sadly some of the staff there is really snooty and will turn your back and want you out of their faces if you don't make a purchase immediately or ask to see one item too many. I can name a few but won't do that but I hope you know who you are. Thirdly, I don't think all the staffs are well trained or just plain rude. Last night I called in and inquire about upcoming promotion and the guy whom I spoke to was very helpful, however when I went in this morning the girl who served me was totally useless and claims she cannot reveal any information about the promotion which was totally BS, she just couldn't be bothered...sorry you lost my business today. I'm giving it 2 stars because the girls who use to work there were really nice and helpful from approx. 3 years ago or else I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Edit: Yeah that manager Josepha Ghaleb is NASTY! So they changed their system and lost all customers' files prior to Sept/Oct 2016 and have the friggin nerve to accuse me of trying to exchange an item I bought elsewhere while all purchases made prior to their new system totally vanished..fix your problem before you accuse your customer...you should be FIRED. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! LOL, she rated this store herself with 5*, read further down. PATHETIC!!!

Amazing experience at this location always. Fun staff, very smiley and they make it a memorable experience. They always take their time with you. Manager Josepha is extremely kind and hilarious, 10/10!! Highly suggest this location.
