Amazing customer service! I got my nose pierced couple days ago which is healing very nicely and I also got a ring with my friend and the sales person managed to get us what we wanted! 100% would recommend Arabella for your jewelry as well as for getting your nose and ears pierced

My wife went there to purchase a gold nose ring. They gave her an earring instead. 4 times later, they have continued to give her earrings, instead of the nose ring. And the 60 dollars was already paid for the nose ring. She never received the nose ring. This is the worst jewellery store I have ever seen. From the incompetent saleswomen. To the lying owner who actually promised her that the problem would be resolved, and never was. I will never go to that store again, and I strongly recommend anybody reading this to avoid that place.

WARNING, NO REFUNDS. ONLY STORE CREDIT. So I went there about 2 weeks ago to get a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. Saw this necklace and wanted to buy it but the price tag was roughly 1300. From what I understood, the sales person told me she can order the same one with less karat10 instead of 14 which would bring the price down to roughly 780. So I got it ordered and once it came, it was not the necklace I thought I originally ordered. So I asked for a return because apparently the necklace I did want was the 10 karat for 1300. It's out of my price range. So now I am stuck with store credit or a necklace that I did not want. From their reply, they said the offer the chain at almost the same price. That is a lie. They never offered the chain at a discount because the price difference was too much. Not only they are thieves but also liars.

Love love love, the service is amaizing and the jewlery even more! Bought once from their gold section and instantly became addicted and kept going. The employees are so nice and welcoming and take their time in showing every piece that would suit me! Im beyond satisfied and for sure going back for more in the futur!:
