This was a nice place to stay and so close to Glacier. I didn't have a reservation, but there were a few spots available which was nice.

We stayed at BIG CREEK August 15 and 16 in Maxine our RV - Perfect with a little bad weather - Floating and fishing were Great. After a hard day floating on the clearest river you will ever see and later sitting around a warm fire pit and watching the night sky. We think it is one of the best places to experience the great outdoors in Montana.

Great little riverside campground. Basic facilities but the solitude and views make up for it.
