Went to grab dinner and ice cream as a treat on a hot summer day - the staff were polite, helpful, and encouraged us to grab a seat and play with our son while they prepped and delivered the food. After, they brought us our desserts cold and freshly made. Seems like small things, but it makes a difference with little ones in tow! Thank you!

Good customer service; very clean. Ordering an actual meal can take some time to have prepared, but that fact is in their motto: "Fan food, not fast food".
You have to order at the counter, but the food is easily brought to your choice of seat.
The outdoor seating is sometimes unavailable, perhaps depending on the manager working.

Slow service. Dirty tables and behind counter.  Employees have no customer service.  Not to mention over priced!

This place is terrible! So outdated and the manager can't even bother to help the employes!

I've only ever had their ice cream, so I can't comment on the rest of their food. Service is quick here.
