McDonald's

After its reopening, progress have been made to make it more attractive, but service regressed unfortunately! Once there, we had to look for a clean place with a clean table and it wasn't that easy ! In addition to that, my friend had to wait 28 minutes to have her order ! No need to talk about the people coming to complain about things missing in their orders. Finally, it was a lot to deal with for an hour spent there !

I had the absolute worst experience at this McDonald’s, and I can confidently say I won’t be coming back. After finishing a long night shift, I went through the drive-thru at 2:30 am to grab a quick meal. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and a smoothie, thinking this would be a simple process. How wrong I was.nnAfter paying at the window, I was told to pull forward into the waiting zone. I reluctantly obliged, expecting my food to be brought out promptly as promised. Instead, I waited 20 minutes in my car with zero communication or updates. With the in-store section closed, I walked over to the Uber Eats/delivery driver area to try and get some help. When I asked one of the workers to check on my order, she blatantly ignored me as if I wasn’t even there. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.nnAt this point, my patience was wearing thin, so I had no choice but to circle back through the drive-thru to demand answers. After speaking to three employees, I finally got someone competent enough to sort things out. Let me be very clear: at 2:30 in the morning, when the restaurant isn’t busy, there is no excuse for making a customer wait over 20 minutes for two simple breakfast sandwiches.nnThis level of incompetence is pathetic and embarrassing. The staff’s lack of care and professionalism is shocking. McDonald’s should seriously reconsider who they hire at this location, as it’s clear they cannot handle basic responsibilities. Save yourself the frustration—go anywhere else.

One of the worst experiences at this particular McDonald's. As soon as we entered the place it smelled like terrible sweat. We placed an order via kiosk which took them 15 minutes to prepare. I made an attempt to go to the washroom and decided not to use it since the toilet was filthy. Someone pulled the toilet paper dispenser out and left feces mark on the toilet roll. It was a disgusting sight. Please keep this place clean. Have some professionally installed air fresheners to kill the BO. Would not be going to eat inside this place. By the way the food was cold.

I normally don't mind this mcdonald's. Except for the fact I want through the drive thru a week ago in an uber and the cashier didn't get me the right change. Shorted me 5$ then was told to go get a free burger, I went and was told I couldn't and to try get a hold of who I was speaking to again I know it's not the cashiers fault though then today, the cashier made a mistake on cash because I was paying half cash and half debit and the manager was scolding her infront of us. It saddens me to see an employee be spoken to this way. Not very professional.

I was close to the bottom of my coffee when I got a mouthful of coffee grinds. McDonald's, do better! That was disgusting.
