I am extremely disappointed with my order. I specifically ordered a Spicy McVeggie Burger, but McDonald’s sent me a chicken sandwich instead. This is completely unacceptable — I am a vegetarian, and receiving meat is not just a small mistake, it’s a serious issue.nnI paid for something I didn’t receive, and now my food is wasted. Very frustrating and careless service. Please be more attentive with orders, especially when it comes to dietary preferences.

I ordered through UberEats a sausage breakfast bagel and two hash browns. When my order arrived, this is what I got for the bagel. How do you see a normal order like that, and think “this person clearly wants a bagel with a ton of mayo for breakfast”? Unacceptable.

I ordered two no-cheese muffins at drive-through. They gave me the cheese ones instead. Found out about this after getting home when it was too late. Even the order slip clearly says no cheese muffin.

Anytime I buy a meal from this location I get large fries and they always serve medium fries inside large bag. I’ve decided next time I will park my car inside drive tru and I will ask them to give me the right portion.

Brent was extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. When my fiancé and I ordered, we actually waited for him to speak to take our order, yet he later claimed we were “too quick.” Normally at McDonald’s they ask if you’re collecting points, but he never asked us. When we asked about the hash brown deal, he responded very rudely, saying, “They are regular price,” and then abruptly closed the window on us. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.
