McDonald's

I ordered through UberEats a sausage breakfast bagel and two hash browns. When my order arrived, this is what I got for the bagel. How do you see a normal order like that, and think “this person clearly wants a bagel with a ton of mayo for breakfast”? Unacceptable.

Went there for a quick breakfast with my sister. We waited over 30 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwich, 1 ashbrown and 2 drinks.nTheir system is flawed or misused by their employees. After 20 minutes, oir order number went to the serving side and after 2 minutes, it disapeared. I went to the counter to ask about it and they said they were working on the order. We received our food 10 minutes later.nMultiple people complained of the time and errors they were making.nThe only good thing about the experience is that the food was hot and fresh.nI understand this location is extremly busy but, employees should be using the systems correctly. It looked like a circus in there. Orders being called were not transferred to the being served list. They had no clue who had been served or not.nImprovement is possible. I think if they use the system as it should, it should work better for them - or go back to the old ways. It used to work well!

Had an amazing experience at this specific location last friday. A fine young man helped me with my order and prepared the patties just like i wanted, which I really appreciate. Food and service was amazing but the location was pretty dead IMO.nnEdit: Shoutout to Sikou, just remembered his name, Amazing worker!

I am not disappointed with this McDonald’s. The food is good. The employees are always nice but Could be a little bit of adjustment with the decor and the seating area.nnWhen me and my family goes here, we always like the food and the employees are doing the bare minimum. I just like that it might need more Color and life just like how McDonalds used to be!

I was so disappointed with the service when I came in on Monday night. I went as a normal McDonald’s run and didn’t even order to much just to be told to wait for our food to be ready. I didn’t think too much of this at the moment but once 20 minutes passed I was not pleased. It took so long for our food to come to the point it was already cold, and also we were missing several items as well. I tried getting in touch with the store afterwards but they proceeded to unplug the phone and Ignore all our attempts to reach out. I will never come here or bring anyone to this location again, this place is run poorly with terrible service and terribly made food. Avoid at all cost
