Always got what I need. Super friendly staff who are very knowledgeable! Not to bash the other bike shops in town but this is my go to shop! Plus get a fancy coffee when you visit, the quality is A+ or maybe a green plant will tickle your fancy. Thanks for keeping our wheels spinning! Ride on Big Bird

These folks are awesome! They are always quick to say hello when you come in. They recommend products that they know and use and super friendly. Brought my Stumpy in and was fixed the next day and cheaper than I thought. Bring your bikes here for service!

I haven’t been to Cafe for a long time now and thought since I bought my road bike there I would get some help with my shifting and let me tell you it was some awful. I ran across Kyle. What a meticulous sales/bike mechanic with a wealth of knowledge. He dived into the problem and figured out the issues really fast. I had an other bike mechanic look at it hours before and couldn’t find the problem. Thanks Cafe!

Ran into some mechanical issues before Canada Cup race. The staff here went above and beyond to get us going. I expressed my gratitude in the form of impulse buys. I bought the hat, t-shirt, and drank the Kool-Aid.

I purchased my Cannondale bike at The Bicycle Cafe over 7 years ago. My bike was less expensive here than the same bike at a shop in Calgary AND included free yearly tune ups for the life of the bike. Every year I return for a tune up I am always impressed by the excellent service from the team. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by the friendly, knowledgeable staff unlike a recent experience at a shop in the city where your presence seems to go unnoticed. The service technicians at the Bicycle Cafe are wonderful. My husband's wheel needed to be fixed so I called and made an appointment earlier this week and was planning to drop it off today for a scheduled appointment tomorrow. Instead, Kyle, our excellent tech, had if fixed and we were ready to ride in less than 20 minutes! He took the time to explain the work he had done and offered tips for what to trouble shoot in the future. If you are looking for quality service from friendly, knowledgeable staff at very reasonable prices, the trip out to Canmore is worth it!

Would highly recommend these guys. Broke my derailleur at the Nordic center and they had parts which is a bit of a miracle brought my bike in and they had me on the go really quickly. They saved the day for sure. Super friendly staff and also rad t-shirts.
