Fantastic can do attitude from the staff in helping meet our bike rental needs. Beyond helpful and personable. Also had great hydration packs for the kids. Thank you for helping make our Canmore trip complete!

I've been using sports experts for over 5 years now and I've always had a good experience with them. The staff seems to genuinely want to help you and generally know what they are talking about. They charge a more than fair price to service ski/snowboard equipment and have a good selection of mid to high end gear. Should you come here for the absolute top of the line sports gear? No. Should you come here if you are a general sports enthusiast that wants reasonably priced mid to high end gear? Yes, absolutely.

The workers here were very friendly and knowledgeable when we rented mountain bikes on 24 May 2017. The bikes were well maintained and were quite affordable. If you're not from the area and in need of a bike rental, this is the place to go!

Rent 4 bikes and rode 1 and 1/2 hrs. The staff charged 2 full hrs. He sounded he would charge only 1 1/2 when returning bikes but ended up charging 2 full at a cash register. I think this is rude. If I knew this before start riding, I would have riden 1 hr or 2 full hours. Rental $ is high but I understand because it it a tour town. Later I found that there are number of rental places that have different options depending on your needs. This place may offer the best rental but I will check others next time I visit.
