Great service from a young man in the hiking shoe area. Helped me get from an unenthusiastic "meh" about the same old Merrill I was going to get to super happy about a synthetic and much more stylish Oboz pair. Because of him I very happily spent an extra $60 or so, and he happily let me try on a few different styles and sizes near their closing time. However, the girl at the cash wouldn't bother looking up our account after spelling it wrong the first time because she was too distracted with closing, and literally told us we couldn't add a shirt and a hat from off the wrack to our purchase because "we are already closed"... despite the fact it just meant ringing in another 2 items to what was already being purchased. Very poor showing on her part that cost the business money and will result in us having to bring back the receipt to add the shoe purchase to our account, quote a pain to an otherwise splendid experience. Fyi it was 6:28pm on my phone when we were told we couldn't add a hat to our purchase, when closing time is 630pm.

The handsome English man helped me out and he was so helpful. He helped me find all my gear and gave me some great tips for when I'm on the trail

The staff were very helpful. We were there to buy some new hiking boots. The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the hiking boots we were buying. He gave us pros and cons about the different brands we were considering. There seemed to be a good selection of boots available. The rest of the store had some great looking product too.

Very satisfied with my online purchase because I got free shipping as I am a customer from a diff province. I liked that you could add a comment when you place a order, since you could communicate with the store instead of calling them. I added a comment to my online order to make sure that the product is in perfect condition, and Jodie was wonderful to check for me before they shipped it. I received my order today and am very happy with it because it was in perfect condition and received my order a day early. Overall, it was a great experience ordering from a store that is not from my province.

Friendly, knowledgable staff and a great selection of items will be found at this store. Due to unforseen circumstances, I found myself requiring a new jacket to weather the frigid mountain air. I quickly found one that suited me well in fashion and in function. Picked up some very nice, warm socks as well. Would definitely come back to this location if ever in the area and in need. They do ship orders online, which is something I may consider in the future as well.

Phenomenaservice and great staff. I had a bag that needed to be warrantied. It was complicated for a number a reasons, but everything was handled so well. They went above and beyond to help me out and made the whole thing very easy. I'd highly reccomend them for all of your outdoors and backcountry needs.
