Nice place with caring staff but they really need to reconsider their policy about how much noise are allowed

I'm confused. Is this a playground or a library?n1.Why are there kids yelling?n2. Why are the parents not telling them to stop?n3. Why are the staff so loud when putting books on the shelfs?nDon't even bother coming here after 6:00 to be honest. That's when there's the most kids.

I kinda have to go here cuz it’s right next to my house but it’s actually horrible. Not only do the librarians not care about the loud children and people literally yelling in the library, they’re loud themselves. I don’t know what happened to the library etiquette and manners but this one seems more like a mall for people to hang out than for people to study and read in peace.

Noisy and never any room to study.

The staff are great and always give helpful feedback and advice. One of the staff know a lot of books, comic, and manga. Even when I study the staff interact with me respectfully. It is my to go place in the area.
