Not a perfect place to study but nice and cosy atmosphere 🕉️

I went there to study 2 times and was totally shock by how the staff doesn't respect the silent policy nor demands the same from their visitors. I could have deal with wispers or at least low voice speaking but the employes   keep talking , laughing out loud  as if they were in their own living room. Worse place to study.
