Bibliothèque Sylvain-Garneau

Smaller library with limited facilities and not much of a book collection. Gets pretty noisy with school kids regularly raiding the place with their school teachers. Interesting enough, even the staff don't seem to care much about keeping quiet. If you're looking for a quiet library space, this is not it.
