Very good! Have tried a few different things here, all of which were very good. The pork belly is especially good, melts in your mouth. I would skip the cumin lamb though, it was not as good as the beef or pork. The noodles are handmade and very good. The portion sizes are good, and prices are okay. I would say that the prices should be closer to $13-$14 a bowl, $18 for a bowl is a little high. Overall good and i would recommend. If you would like to regulate how much heat the noodles have, ask for the chili oil on the side.
Biang Biang is one of the restaurants that I had been seeing a ton of on social media and I am so glad I had the opportunity to come and see the hype. The noodles and soup were pretty good and not too spicy if you get the default level. Food I got the pork ribs soup since it was a popular item and recommended. I would recommend as well. The noodles were long and just a good amount of chewy. The soup was not too spicy I got the default level and was good. The HK milk tea was also pretty good but a little sweet for my liking. Atmosphere Well decorated and definitely love the wall art. Casual spot to get some warm soup with handmade noodles. Pricing Pricing is reasonable compared to other places that do the handmade noodles. Service Service was fast and friendly. I went at 5pm on a Wednesday and it wasn’t too busy. But by the time I left at 6, the place was almost full. Other Located right in the heart of cap hill where there a ton of other foods are! Good luck finding parking because it will all be street parking. Would walk in if possible.
The best noodles I’ve ever had in my entire life! Came here for lunch on a Thursday. No wait. Seated promptly, ordered, and food arrives fairly quickly. Each dish is so flavorful and tasty. The noodles have the best texture - not too hard but not too soft. Wish there were more noodles in each dish. Definitely coming back.
My boss recommended this place. We finally went there. Cute, tiny place and cheerful decorations. Foods were amazing. We had dry soup-less noodles and chicken wings. Noodles were very flavorful and perfect texture. Wings were piping hot. Loved it. I love that foods are served HOT. We would love to go back and try different menu for next time.
This is where you go for delicious, authentic noodles! We came here as recommendation from some YouTube videos for food spots in Seattle, so it was my first time. I ordered the spicy chicken noodles and I was pleasantly fulfilled. I think the only negative feedback is that there are limited non-spicy options so if you’re not someone who can handle spice, you either choose between a non-spicy vegetarian dish and a non-spicy pork rib dish. Other than that everything is spice town.
Everything is good here. Only three pieces of long noodles in each order but they are really long The chicken wings, green onion pancake and the dumplings are also very good too. Will come back and try other flavors too. RecommendedDine in: YesTakeout: YesDelivery: Yes
So yummy!! Definitely want to go back and try their other noodles & soups. The decor inside was so cute! We stopped in for takeout and it only took about 5-10 mins, although we also tried the night before and there was a HUGE line of people in the lobby, so I think it depends on the day. Seems to be a popular place though! We loved the popcorn chicken and the dumplings. Hong Kong-style Milk Tea was really good!! Perfect amount of flavor in everything without too much salt. The noodles were a little hard to eat with takeout because they all stuck together, but when you add the broth and heat it up again it worked out. Everything was well packaged and so yummy!
The food was delicious, the noodles were chewy and had an amazing texture, it was the perfect level of spicy too. However, giving it four stars because even though the staff was attentive and helpful, they seemed to be pressuring us to finish eating and leave, asking us how we were doing every couple of minutes. We were there for approximately 25 minutes and only 2/3 done with our food before one of the staff placed down the check on our table already, we felt very rushed.
Pretty good food. I ordered the dry mix noodles with tofu, green onion pancake and a hot milk tea. The pancake and milk tea were amazing! I thought the noodles could’ve used a little more salt or flavor. But overall good experience. I want to come back and try the crispy bao sandwich!
The restaurant is bright with tall windows providing plenty of light to the tables lined inside. The menu is relatively straightforward, featuring dry and soup noodles, as well as some buns and smaller plates. They also have various thematic cocktails. The appetizers were great! The signature Mala beef dry mix noodles came in a large bowl and featured a good amount of flavor. It was not as spicy as some I've had, which was fine for my palate. The hand-pulled noodles had a pretty good texture as well.
