I rate this company no stars since my experience with this company has been the absolute worst; I ordered a sweater as a gift not realizing that I was not ordering from the JackJones site. I immediately contacted Bestseller to cancel my order within 5 minutes of placing the order. I called at least 4 times left voicemails but no one returned my call. Since I wasn’t able to get ahold of someone I also emailed. During this time, I did not receive an order confirmation which I found strange as well. I decided to email one last time (this was after 2 days of not receiving a call back or a response to any of my emails) to advise Bestseller that I will be contacting my bank to have them reverse the payment since I have not received an order confirmation and no one is returning my call or responding to my email inquiry. Within 5 minutes of sending that email I finally had a response advising that my order was shipped! I couldn’t understand why my order was shipped when I stated in email as well as on voicemail that I wanted to cancel my order. After receiving the package I returned it right away, which was another issue. Bestseller sat on my return for 12 days without issuing a credit. After emailing them again I was told my return was just processed and they will be deducting shipping fees. I literally communicated to the contact at Bestseller that I will be contacting my bank and reporting them to BBB since nowhere on their site does it state that I will be deducted shipping fees for a return. Only after stating this was I able to get my full amount refunded. I have to say this has been one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with online. Never again.
