The people here are great. We've stayed several times over the past couple of years and have never been disappointed. Everyone is friendly, the breakfast is good/fresh and the outdoor pool is well looked after. Highly recommend!
The location is convenient, but having stayed here several times over the years it shows the building is not cared for like it once was. Various signs of age, the once great restaurant is reduced to basic food, not mention the lack of staff. Booked rooms with two beds and somehow they only had a one bed room for us. Will try alternative places the next time we come to Smiths Falls.
We checked in for a women's hockey tournament hosted in Smith Falls and all seemed to be smooth, rooms were nice and clean, we sadly were wrong when it came to the service. Now for the service or lack of we received from the front desk staff Ruth was anything but horrendous.nShe was incredibly rude at every interaction and extremely cold. I will certainly not be returning and I will be telling all to avoid.nWe asked for a late check out for a couple rooms to try and accommodate the hockey schedule and she bluntly said “No I think we are fully booked without checking” I’m going to call bull as it’s a Sunday!
As expected. Good breakfast option included. The pool was not working for end of May. A few food options walking distance
Good value, clean, updated, room. Good breakfast and coffee! Friendly front desk staff. Lots of fast food and grocery options within 2 minute walk.
