My fiancée and I needed a hotel to host our wedding party for the night and family. My aunt and uncle are in their 70s and they placed them on the fifth floor and didn’t tell them the elevator was broken. They could not physically walk up to their room and they didn’t even move them to the first floor. There was no accommodations and for the price the rooms were not even remotely worth it. The rooms were dirty, never cleaned during the day and my finances family said that their beds were wet and towels were on the floor when they got in. nnHonestly sleeping in a tent would be a better option than this place. If you are considering staying here, please reconsider and go elsewhere. It’s expensive, disgusting, and severely under managed.nnOh and another thing, when booking rooms, some staff knew that we were staying whilst others said there was no record of the rooms we booked. And planning a wedding, this was so much extra stress as we couldn’t tell if we even had rooms for people driving hours and hours away.nnNo idea how this has more than a one star online. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Good clean rooms for the price the lodge is old so has lots of problems like no exhaust, locking problems. But overall for the price you pay, you get your money Worth. Breakfast is good and filling. Overall good experience. I have visited 4 star hotels with lesser facilities than this.

We understand that an hotel can be old... but dirty not at all, miror was full of grease - floor has hair everywhere - shower was dirty. we reserve two room and one door would not open as the edge were stuck.nn1 positive point : bed were clean and confortable

There are no minus or negative starts if not I would give 1000000+. One star is too much for such a rugged place.nnThey do not look like the pictures in booking.com or other sites. Cheap motels are far better.nnI recently had a really bad experience at this lodge, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst stays I've ever had. Right when I walked in, I was shocked to see popcorn over the carpet, which made it clear that cleaning isn’t a priority here. Clearly no vacuuming was done.nnThe toilets were incredibly dirty, and I couldn’t believe anyone would want to use them. It was really unsettling. If anyone wants to stay here looks like we will have to shop cleaning products and take care of the hygiene ourselves.nnTo make things worse, the sheets on my bed look like they hadn’t been changed; they still had stains from previous guests. I really didn’t want to think about what had happened there. And the shower tub was covered in mold, so there was no way I could feel clean using it.nnAfter all this mess I went to see the balcony to find pizza boxes and birds nest to make it worst.nnOverall, this lodge was a total nightmare. I felt like I was in a creepy rundown place instead of somewhere to relax. If you want a clean and comfortable place to stay, do yourself a favor and avoid this lodge!nnThey will not refund, and may be the car is better to sleep.nnDO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!! Not worth your money or would stay for free too.

July 27-28 2025nstaff are friendly enough, however parking lot is extremely poorly lit and by that I mean no lights at all, giving an uneasy feeling. Rooms are small and dated & the doors stick. There are no charging ports for devices, so if you're planning on staying here be sure to bring charging cubes and cords. We were in room 505, it had a balcony, but didn't dare step out onto it without footwear, as it had peeling paint and lots of bird droppings.
