Great, friendly staff who try to accommodate everyone. We had an issue with our room and they were able to find us another room (and they were sold out). Hotel was clean and comfy. Great breakfast and happy hour snacks. Note this property is no longer a best western and the owners are great. Did not rate it higher because it is a basic hotel and beds could have been more comfortable

We had a great stay! The rooms were spacious and clean (although the decor was a bit old fashioned) and it wasn’t too pricey. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating to us. The included breakfast is amazing, with so many different options and lots of homemade things as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

A wonderfully welcoming and friendly hotel that is family-run and a superb value.  I have stayed here annually for many years and it never disappoints.  Tor and staff are terrific, the breakfasts are delicious, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.  Two nice lounges with fireplaces (main lobby) make it easy to connect with friends.  My favorite hotel in the United States.

Stayed twice. Comfotable., lobby leather furniture and gas fireplace...pretty nice to relax in front of. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

Excellent value relative to other options in the area. 
Evening happy hour in front of a wonderful fireplace adds a special touch. 
The breakfast is key.......homemade and descrumptious!
