The Village of Loon is made up of individually owned condo units which, while managed collectively, are furnished and decorated by the individual owners. As such, there's a fair bit of variety in decor and outfitting. I've stayed there three times now, in three different units with identical footprints but fairly different levels of amenity, from a lovely fireplace and big screen TV to a pellet stove marked "do not use" and a small, awkwardly placed TV. I'd say keep an eye on the pics and specs of individually units if you want certain things. Each of the units I stayed in had a master bedroom in the walk-out basement, and some of them had that vague basement mustiness that can leave you waking up with a stuffed nose if you have particular allergies. All that being said, it's a lovely setting, ideally located for skiing or for events at Loon Mountain. Will likely stay there again.

Stayed for two nights on a weekend trip. Check in was very easy, and the room was as promised. Clean, good amenities. Would have been a great place for a longer stay as well.

Location is good, convenient and quiet. Staff is polite and helpful. Room is clean. Amenities are simple but ok. Pool water temperature is cold. Guests have to drive to dispose garbage by ourselves, which is kind of inconvenient.

I love it there. My family has been going for Thanksgiving week ever since I was born. Has two large indoor pools, two indoor hot tubs and an outdoor hot tub. Decent size fitness center with new treadmills but the rest of the equipment is pretty outdated.

Used the pool at the Village. Kids loved it. Dated but fun!
