Went to Lincoln to visit the Ice Castles, it was first time going there, so when I was booking the hotel, I knew it was close to the Castles, but I didn't expect to be that close. I was nicely surprised that they were just next to the hotel, loke 2 min walk! 
The hotel was nice and clean, we were able to check in earlier, thank you for that! The staff was very friendly! The room was great, comfortable, modern, clean, had everything we needed! The coffee machine didn't work, but the staff changed it right away! The breakfast was awesome, there were so many choices, I've never seen other hotels that I stayed in having breakfast like that. That's my first time staying at a Holiday Inn and I loved it!

Excellent hotel! Comfy bed! Decent breakfast! Friendly staff. Everything you want from an upper mid tier hotel. You don't have to worry about the unknowns of other local establishments.

Initial room provided had not been cleaned and the exhaust fan in the bathroom made a loud screeching sound. To their credit, the management immediately offered a different room and even provided an upgrade. All the amenities and accommodations were fine, but nothing special. Also, we found the hotel to be really loud (thin walls?), so sleeping was a little challenging. Overall, just fine, but the staff was very helpful.

Amazing staff who went above and beyond to help us out when we arrived late at night with out a reservation. Large rooms, clean facilities with lots of amenities and breakfast included! Thank you for the great stay !
