My partner and I were there today. She enjoyed the skiing. At the moment I am unable to ski , so I took my laptop - assuming your WiFi connectivity was up to normal expectations. After 1 1/2 hours I was fuming and gave up. My career has been in technology. One of your employees then told me "The signal is very weak". My humble opinion. By today's standards - you should be ashamed.

The governor Adam Lodge at Loon has an above-average menu for a ski area, and an excellent view of the race course.

Food isn't cheap, but its good! Perfect for a cold day on the slopes.
