Stayed for a long weekend get away with friends. Hotel was very well located to lots of the tourist-y places we wanted to see. Room was nice, quiet, and no complaints about cleanliness. Hot breakfast was a nice perk and the staff very friendly and accommodating.

Decent sized room, bathroom is nicer than my own! What earns them the 5 stars is their breakfast. Way more than a continental breakfast. They have scrambled eggs, sausage (varies from day to day), self-service pancake bar, along with the other standard continental breakfast items (bagels, muffins, cereal, juice).

Stayed here overnight on both ends of a trip. Used the park & ride feature. The beds were comfortable, we got a good night's sleep even needing to be up at 3am to get our flight. Location is convenient to the airport & the shuttle runs regularly 24 hours a day. Evening manager Melissa was very friendly and efficient, she seemed to genuinely enjoy her job & made us feel welcome.

Staff is crazy friendly and crazy pet friendly me and my dog have been here for 2 weeks while working. I appreciate the items for sale in the main lobby that are microwavable in your room. Hotel Shuttle service is busy so plan accordingly. Hotel is clean and modern the entry lobby has a neat water fall feature and a glass walk way on 2nd floor over looking lobby. Lower level has nice meeting rooms

The facility in general is really top-notch. It's clean and it's modern. The 3 or 4 staff members we encountered were all friendly and helpful. I thought the room rated was slightly high but I signed up for their rewards program and got the rate I wanted at $220 for two nights which is well worth it (although, being a rewards member, my name is misspelled on everything they send). The bed was a bit iffy as I have had much more luxurious mattresses at Hampton Inns at a lower room rate, but I slept fine. The guest bath was really nice and modern, but finding the hot water in the shower was difficult as the handle was malfunctioning a little but I managed. The shower head was not great...something I could have called maintenance for, but didn't bother with just a two night stay. I am highly critical guest, so to give this place 4 stars in spite of the rough spots, it was still pretty darn good.
