Nice place, about what you'd expect from a budget hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The mattress was a little more firm for my liking, and so were the pillows. But the rooms were generally very nice. Staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

I only stayed a night but my room was clean and my bed was very comfortable. Staff in the morning was very pleasant. Will definitely be back for further visits

Hair products: watered down Soap: leave residue on your skin Breakfast: ok Setting in commons area: dull and vanilla Cleanliness: poor/ questioned whether sheets were changed/ bed drapery stained *Stay here if you want to be treated with complete disrespect when you raise an issue with cleanliness with the room. I found this interesting looking stain on the sheet. I asked for it to be changed while away at work and it was NOT done. I Doubted it was changed from the prior guests. I brought it to the Managers attention when I was checking out and he made sure to to correct me he was "the owner" and shoved his drivers license in my face and pointed at the certificate on the wall and started raising his voice quite loudly toward me in the hallway. I had to ask him to keep his voice down. He said "Look at me" while fixing his suit " doesn't it look like I own the place". I then mentioned that the company I worked for has put in that hotel a couple times now and didn't think i was coming back and "The owner" started to call me by my company name in an extremely sarcastic tone. He told me to back my stuff and get out and called my room 5 minutes later and addressed me by my company name. He even went so far to threaten me to say he had called the police on me. I felt harassed, pressured, and unsafe. So I called police to escort me out. He DID NOT call the police but was of course trying to intimidate me because he knew his sheets were not clean and I spoke up. He extremely inappropriate with a narcissistic attitude toward the situation. He Turned it around on the patron using intimidation tactics. Apparently he doesn't deal with difficult situations well.

GREAT rooms. Great customer service. There is a morning time breakfast in the office and the pool is always warm. The hot tub is also great. Always clean.

Very good clean quiet and up to date....booked a hot tub room and something happened so the bumped us up to a nicer room. No hassles. Gotta love that good Apple Valley city water...good to drink.
